The arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and receipt of the non-refundable deposit from the client is confirmation that he/she/they understand, accept and agree these conditions. All bookings will be confirm by the owners on receipt of deposit or clearance of deposit cheque. All bookings are accepted strictly on the basis of a holiday rental.
In these terms "owner" refers to the owners and or their chosen representatives.
When booking the client shall pay the specified deposits. When the owner accepts the booking the deposit will be retained and go towards the cost of the apartment rental. The owner cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the receipt and our confirmation of the same. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable upon booking, and balance payable 8 weeks before departure date.
Payment in full for bookings made within 8 weeks before the arrival date.
Transfers are booked through a third party carrier as a convenience to the guests the owners are not acting as the carriers agents. The agreement is between the guests and the carrier and all monies due will be paid directly to the carrier or their representatives. The owners are not responsible for any delays, cancellation or breach of agreement by the carrier.
After receiving your final payment, information will be mailed to you with information about the apartments, the complex and airport transfers.6. The booking deposit is non-refundable, once we have confirmed the receipt of your deposit in writing, by email or by telephone.
If clients should cancel the holiday, or the owner ancels the arrangements due to clients failure to pay within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied based on the following: Period before departure date. Cancellation charge. More than 60 days Deposit only 42 to 60 days 30% 29 to 41 days 50% 14 to 28 days 75% less than 14 days 100% All cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date that your written cancellation reaches us.
The apartment will not be rented to a person under 21 years of age.
You must not sub-let the accommodation or allow persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight .
The owner cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage & personal effects), suffered by you or any other visitor to the apartment , the complex or the swimming pool.
The owner cannot be held responsible in any way if war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, strikes, disaster, technical problems or any other events beyond the control of the owner bring any cancellation or change by the owner.
Persons / children under the age of 21 years are not accepted unless accompanied by a parent of adult.
Please be advised that you are liable for any damage to the apartment or its contents.
